10 Month Old Girl Accidentally Run Over by Mother in Detroit

This is an accident that this poor woman will have to live with for the rest of her life.

A 10-month-old girl has died after her mother accidentally ran her over with an SUV in the driveway of a Detroit home.

Police say the little girl was playing in the backyard with other kids and at least one other adult when the she walked out of the backyard. The toddler, who just learned to walk, ended up walking into the driveway where her mother was moving their SUV to wash it. At that point is when the accident took place.

Police says she was pronounced dead at the hospital.

According to the grandmother, she says the child's mother is distraught and the accident is "breaking everybody's heart."
