10 Year-Old Girl Not Wearing a Seat Belt Dies in Accident on I-75 [VIDEO]

It just baffles me that so many people still don't wear seat belts. I find even more disgusting when they don't make their kids put in on.

I was behind a car over the weekend and I was watching a little girl in the backseat just walking back and forth and jumping on the back seat. I so wanted to give those parents a piece of my mind but I just minded my own business and went on with my day. I would be lying if I said I wasn't thinking about it all day.

The little girl in the video above was not only not wearing a seat belt but alcohol also played a role in her death but police didn't specify which driver may have been under the influence.
