13-Year-Old Michigan Driver Lead Cops On Chase, Suspect’s 8-Year-Old Sister A Passenger [VIDEO]

You can put this one in the WTF file. A 13-year-old Clinton Township kid and his 8-year-old sister passenger, led police on chase this past Saturday. Yes, the teen was driving. Once he did stop the vehicle, the pair attempted to run off on foot.

It is a miracle he did not kill himself, his sister or anyone else! The pair were eventually caught. The girl was returned to the custody of her mom, Speed Racer was taken to Macomb Juvenile Justice Center.
