18-Year-Old Arrested at CMU for Sexual, Simple Assault [VIDEO]

I am not sure why any sexual assault is referred to as 'simple', but that is what an 18-year-old male is being charged with after walking into a dorm room and inappropriately touching a 19-year-old female at Central Michigan University.

According to ABC 12, the event happened inside Merrill Hall early this past Sunday morning. The victims roommate tried to stop the attack and actually got into an altercation with the attacker. The unidentified male was arrested and charged with sexual and simple assault.
