Law suits against fast food establishments are pretty common these days and usually pretty ridiculous.  That being said, here is the latest one against White Castle.  A 64 year old man is suing the home of the slider because he can not fit into the booths at a New York franchise.  Oh, by the way he is 290 pounds.

According to The Right Perspective, Martin Kessman claims three years ago he went to a local White Castle, ordered his food and attempted to sit inside and eat it.  Problem was, he could not fit into a booth to do so.   Kessman wrote to the company about what he calls a humiliating experience and received free coupons as well as a promise that seating would be changed.  So far no seats have been modified.

Mr. Kessman is now claiming his civil rights have been violated and he now feels like "an outcast" because now his wife and kids have to go get his food for him.  WTF?  Lay off the burgers buddy!

As of now, all he is asking for is a bigger chair, not money.  Bigger chair?  If this clown wants a throne to sit on while he fills his face, he should eat at Burger King!  What do you think?  Does this man have a valid point in your opinion or is this pure bull sh**?
