Maintaining a healthy weight for many people, myself included, is a never ending battle.  The funny thing about diet & exercise is you have to actually DO IT!  It is hard to get motivated and when you do finally lose weight, keeping it off can be difficult. Just ask David Smith.

Smith tipped the scale at 650 pounds.  He lost 410 pounds, but has since gained back 300.  I think we can figure out how he gained the weight back, it's the why that is sad. Smith suffered sexual abuse as a child according to MSNBC, and is harboring many emotional scars.  For more on David's story, watch the video below.
