Davison Man Fights to Keep Daughter’s Memory Alive [VIDEO]

Davison resident Steve Babcock had to deal with the unimaginable, his daughter was murdered.  Trisha Lynne, was shot and killed in 2009 by a 12-year-old boy in Detroit.  The boy was convicted, but as a juvenile.  As of now, he could be released when he is 21.  Mr. Babcock does not want that to happen, and is working with legislators in Lansing to change the law.
