Earlier in May, Scantlin was arrested on a pair of outstanding warrants -- one for driving with a suspended license and the other stemming from a past drug bust -- after he was pulled over by police for allegedly speeding. This time around, it was an alleged domestic disturbance that got the attention of Los Angeles police officers.
