A New Phone Alert System Will Warn Of Terror Attacks In Michigan [VIDEO]

Michigan State Police are rolling out this new system to warn of any tragedies in or around your area. 

It will be similar to the Amber Alert system and it will pop up on your phone when either a mass shooting, terror attack or natural disaster occurs. People who are in immediate danger will be notified first according to ABC 12.
