UPDATE: Amber Alert Issued For 10 Month Old Baby

Just 10 miles south of the Michigan border, an Amber Alert has been issued for a 10 month old little boy.

According to WNEM, he was taken by his father earlier today (March 14). The father is 27 year-old James Ramey who is armed and dangerous. It's unknown which direction they headed but they were last seen in Delta, Ohio.

Winston weighs about 32 pounds, has brown hair and eyes.

James is 6’ tall and weighs 150 pounds. He also has brown hair and brown eyes.

They may be driving a black 2006 Chrysler Town and Country, license plate #FRX4034.

UPDATE: The boy was found safe hours later and his father was taken into police custody. The Amber Alert has been canceled.

Reports say the boy's mother died after being shot earlier in the day. Ramey is being held as a suspect in that shooting.
