Attempted Kidnapping of a 4-Year Old With The Mother Just A Few Feet Away [VIDEO]

This is insane! The mother was quick to react, even while holding a toddler, and the stranger in the store also took off on foot to help. 

According to ABC News, several witnesses who heard the mother screaming took off after the alleged kidnapper, who was identified as 24-year-old Terry Ransom. Thankfully the child was recovered, afraid yet unharmed, and police were able to detain the man who was booked on charges of kidnapping and child cruelty.
