Mother of the year here folks! California mother of six, Shawndeeia Bowen, 29, was recently busted driving on a busy highway, while texting with a a one year old baby on her lap. There were also two other children ages 2 & 4 in the backseat. The two year old was in a faulty car seat and the four year old was not wearing a seat belt. Clearly it is safety first with this woman!

I think falling is funny, when it is someone else of course! People seem to have the same reaction after a fall, first thing we do is look around to see who saw us go down. Falling is part of life and I think we could all learn a lesson from this kid.

An 11 year veteran of the Michigan State Police was shot outside Brothers Food Store in Flint at 12:30 this morning. Police were responding to a report of a fight in front of the store located on Saginaw and Stewart Avenue.

Say what? It certainly does not feel that way to me or my wallet!
AAA is reporting that gas prices in Flint are some of the lowest in the state. I drive from Fenton into Flint everyday and prices in the last two weeks have ranged from $4.09 a gallon to $3.80. Prices always seem to be higher in Fenton, which totally ticks me off.

Chicago resident, Bill Lesinski, 47 had his nose bitten off last Friday by his neighbors Pit Bull. Lesinski is an owner of a Pit Bull himself and although his injuries are extensive, he does not blame the dog that bit him according to the Huffington Post.

Losing a loved one is one of the most difficult things everyone will go through, if you have not already. Losing a loved one AND their brain at the same time, well that is a bunch of bull sh**!
The Medical Examiner's Office of Brooklyn is accused of losing a deceased woman's brain and telling her living sister the day before the funeral. The ME's office promised to locate the brain and get it back to her. WTF?
ABC12 3 Saginaw, MI Men Suspected of Robbing Five Banks [VIDEO]

Three Saginaw, Michigan men are accused of five bank robberies. The names of the accused have not yet been released, but their ages are 19, 23 & 32. The trio led police on a high speed chase after robbing the Fifth Third Bank in Owosso. Authorities were forced to use a tire deflation device called a "Stop Stick" to bring the car to a halt.

Ryan Leaf was arrested yesterday, (3/30/12), in Great Falls, Montana on burglary charges and drug possession. Leaf has played football for the Dallas Cowboys, San Diego Chargers and the Seattle Seahawks.
This is not his first brush with the law, in 2008 he was accused of breaking into another player's home, during that investigation, authorities found he had close to 1,000 pain pills from different pharmacies.

Chuck the dog is back on YouTube! Chuck is a Boxer who has captivated many by his reaction to seeing his soldier "father" Danny, return home about a year ago. Danny has just returned from another 8 month tour, and his wife Katie is anxiously awaiting his reunion with Chuck the loyal dog. ABC12 Flint Police Call in Bomb Squad After Finding Supspicious Items

Never a dull moment in Flint, Michigan that is for sure. MLive is reporting that officers found wires and batteries connected inside of a coffee container during a recent traffic stop. Also inside of the container were traces of a white substance. This was found when police pulled over a van being driven by a 43 year old unidentified male. The suspect did eventually tell authorities the the materials were for a bomb.
