Authorities Warn of New Drug Called ‘Cloud 9′ [VIDEO]

Who in the hell is the person that figured out an incense can get you high? It can also put you in the hospital.

Word on the street is some teens are now using a synthetic drug called Hookah Relax AKA 'Cloud 9', to catch a buzz. The product is marketed as an incense, but it is designed to be ingested or inhaled. WTF? Taking this can lead to hallucinations, chest pains, violent outbursts, increased pulse and suicidal behavior. With all that to look forward to, I don't know why anyone would take this crap.
