Barack Obama stopped by Jimmy Fallon's live show at the University of North Carolina to talk about federally funded Stafford loans. It was more than talking, they slow jammed the news with a sweet and silky R&B groove. I was surprised at this because Jimmy Fallon's show actually made me laugh a little bit.
