Warner Brothers are officially getting the ball rolling on 'Man of Steel 2' aka 'Batman Vs. Superman' and have announced a casting call for extras in the Detroit area and  some other production details. Find out when and where you can audition here.

MoS 2 is already the biggest film to shoot in Michigan and we're not even sure if they've shot 1 second of footage in "The Mitten" yet. What we do know is that Director Zack Snyder is going to need a ton of extras to pull off a film of this scope -- it's been previously reported that the production would need around 6,000 extras when all is said and done. The process for finding those extras is about to officially get underway.

According to the Michigan Film Office website, Warner Brothers will hold a casting call for "clean cut military and law enforcement types and business executives in suits over 18 yrs., male and female" on April 27th from 11a - 3p at the Somerset Inn in Troy. There are are very specific instructions for the opportunity, all of which are listed here.

The notes for the casting call also mention that there will be filming inside and outside from June to October, which is really the most specific details we've received about the time frame of the production.

'Man of Steel 2,' 'Batman Vs. Superman' or whatever the hell it's going to be called will star Ben Aflleck as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Henry Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and Amy Adams as Lois Lane and will hit theaters sometime in mid-2016.
