Black Label Society have announced the release of 'Glorious Christmas Songs That Will Make Your Black Label Heart Feel Good,' as well as some upcoming dates they'll be playing with Guns N' Roses on their U.S. tour.

Years ago -- 1995 to be exact -- Zakk Wylde had an informal week-long stint playing guitar with Guns N' Roses, obviously he wasn't asked to stick around, but Wylde has remained friendly with the GN'R Commander-in-Chief. Even though only two members from that incarnation of the band remain (Axl Rose and Dizzy Reed),  Zakk will finally get his chance to play gigs with Guns N' Roses...as an opener.

Zakk's band, Black Label Society will be tour support for Guns N' Roses for five dates in December, beginning with their show on the 4th in Nashville, Tennessee and concluding in Broomfield, Colorado on the December 11th. BLS is currently the 'Epitaph' tour with Judas Priest and Thin Lizzy.

Coupled with that news was the announcement of a three song Xmas EP from Black Label titled 'Glorious Christmas Songs That Will Make Your Black Label Heart Feel Good.' Don't let the lengthy title fool you, 'I'll Be Home For Christmas,' 'Oh Little Town Of Bethlehem,' and 'It's A Wonderful World' make up the entire EP that is now available on iTunes.
