Body Of Missing Man Found In Clare County, Two Arrested [VIDEO]

The body of Leonard Hempel was unfortunately discovered in Clare County  by his best friend, Scott Tessman. Hempel had been missing since April 9th. An unidentified woman and man have been arrested in this case. The pair lived at the home where the body was found.
