Millington 8th grader Brady Gulledge was recently struck with H1N1 (also known as "Swine Flu") and is currently battling for his life in the hospital. It's a tough situation, but you could help him and his family out by donating funds that will go towards the medical expenses incurred by his hospitalization.

Reading Brady's story is enough to give every parent nightmares. What started as a sore throat and a fever quickly turned into a child fighting for his life against a rare disease. Brady was airlifted from Hurley Hospital to U of M, where he's had a number of procedures done but still has a long road ahead. He's also battling a Staph Infection in his lungs and blood and will be in the hospital for at least another 6 weeks.

Unfortunately, any type of extended stay in the hospital can become quite costly... regardless of whether or not you have insurance. Brady's family is looking for help covering medical expenses and there is a fundraiser page where you can read more about his condition and donate funds to help fund his battle.
