Building-Side Pinball Machine

In a world of PS3s and Cellphones that play 3D video, pinball machines aren't exactly making the headlines.  Unless of course the pinball machine is a building, cuz that's pretty effin sweet.

I guess this is a part of some Light Festival or something, and it's pretty bad ass.  Using 3D technology and thousand of LED lights, it's not only fully playable, it's obviously World Record setting for largest pinball machine.
