Burn Unit Mascot Seems Pretty Damn Scary [VIDEO]

I know how it feels to burn a finger on a hot stove or pan. I cannot even fathom the pain or the horror of being severely burned in an actual fire. That is why I think this burn unit mascot in Brazil is horrifying. How can 'Flamy' be comforting to burned kids?
