Camera Catches Man Attempting To Open Cars In Fenton [VIDEO]

A man was caught on home surveillance attempting to open cars in the city of Fenton. I think it is safe to assume he was going to steal anything of value if he was able to get in the vehicles - or maybe he was just looking for a shirt since he is not wearing one.
