After the success of the original, The Carnival of Madness tour returns this year for it's second outing with 25 tour stops across North America. Among the bands involved this time are Theory of a Deadman, Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry, and more.

With last year's bill that included Shinedown headlining alongside Chevelle, Puddle of Mudd, Sevendust, and 10 Years; this year's Carnival looks a little less impressive. The bands Adelitas Way and Emphatic round out the rest of the lineup for the touring festival's second annual outing. Though 15 of the dates were announced yesterday, there are none on the books for Michigan just yet but with ten dates left there is a good chance we will get one. Theory frontman Tyler Connely said of the tour:

"Theory of a Deadman is totally stoked to be doing the Carnival of Madness Tour this year! It’s great to be joined by Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry, Adelitas Way and newcomers Emphatic – who all have songs rocking at radio and awesome live shows.  It's gonna be a fuckin' great show from beginning to end and definitely something you don’t wanna miss!  See you there!!!"

Theory isn't the only one glad to be along for the ride, Alter Bridge frontman Myles Kennedy added:

“Alter Bridge is pleased to be taking part of the Carnival of Madness Tour later this summer with Theory Of A Deadman, Black Stone Cherry, Adelitas Way and Emphatic.  It will be great to be back in the U.S. playing on our home turf with these bands.  If you dig straight up, no frills Rock…then this tour is for you.  Hope to see everyone there!"

The tickets will be in the $25-$30 range with extras such as V.I.P. bundles available for purchase as well. Pre-sales for TOAD fan club members started yesterday and today for those who join the mailing list, which you can do right here.
