Justice has been served!  A Texas father who caught a man molesting his daughter and beat him to death on June 9th, will not face charges.  The 23-year-old unidentified father heard his 5 year old daughter screaming from behind their barn.  When he ran to her, he found 47- year-old, Jesus Mora Flores on top of his daughter with his pants down.

Flint teen and homicide suspect, Mark Jones, walked out of New Passages on Corunna Rd. while at the center for a counseling session. According to ABC 12, Jones has been housed at Genesee County's Genesee Valley Regional Center, awaiting trial for the November 2010 murder of an elderly Flint woman. Jones was given permission to use the restroom and took that as an opportunity to escape.

Colorado resident, Samuel Stubbs Talbert, 35, is accused of killing his girlfriend's dog after the pair had a fight.  According to witness accounts, Talbert beat, choked, kicked and dragged the 2 year old white shepherd dog.  Police were called, but it was too late.  When they arrived the dog was dead.

A Flint family is mourning the loss of 14 year old Antonio Bell Jr.  Bell was shot in the head and killed at Mott Park this past Friday night.  According to ABC 12, the family believes he was lured to the park by a friend.  The killer is still at large.

A Boston, Massachusetts teen has been sentenced to two years in prison after being found guilty of causing a fatal car crash due to texting and driving.
