Things couldn't have got much worse for the Oakland A's yesterday as the Tiger bashed them 10-1. But among the long list of Tigers highlights (lowlights if your an A's fan) was a wicked breaking ball by Rick Porcello in the 9th that literally buckled Josh Donaldson's knees.
Two explosions have been reported near the finish line near the intersection of Boylston and Exeter streets. Reports also say that store fronts have been blown out, and there are reports of dozens of injuries.
Most people would think that L.A. isn't much of a hockey community. Sure the Kings won the cup, but still i think most hockey fans would say that L.A. isn't a real hockey city. I would tend to agree. Not much more you can say besides what's already in the title. A guy was enjoying a brew at the Mariners/Astros game, When a foul ball came his way, and, he caught it in his beer. then as the saying goes, "The crowd goes wild".

For all my State friends and enemies, here is a list of things to do to keep you occupied tonight in case you don't have a babysitter
