Caught on Camera: School Security Guard Beats Student in Wheelchair [VIDEO]

This is disturbing on so many levels. A special needs student was slapped and allegedly beaten by a security guard at Oakland High in California. Most of the incident was caught on tape, but victim Francisco Martinez claims he suffered abuse prior to what we see on the tape.

The a-hole security guard has been identified as 23-year-old Marchall Mitchell. Apparently he is just a substitute. I could care less if he was a full time employee, WTF was he thinking? Mitchell allegedly was urging students to get to class. This is his way of doing that?

Martinez, 17, who suffers from cerebral palsy, said Mitchell handcuffed him after he tried to slap the guards hands away. Are you kidding me? I am shocked and quite frankly pissed off by this creeps behavior. Thankfully Mitchell was fired and has been charged with corporal injury to a child, which is a felony.
