Changes In The Works For Busy Fenton Intersection [VIDEO]

If you live in Fenton you are most likely aware of the heavy traffic on Silver Lake Road, near Fenway Drive. It is especially difficult for people exiting the expressway due to the fact there is no traffic light there. More often than not I will see people stopping to let those exiting the expressway on to Silver Lake Road. That is an accident waiting to happen.

I do live in Fenton and will take alternate routes to avoid this stretch of traffic. Trust me, if you have just driven through this area and don't live in Fenton, you know how congested it is. According to ABC 12, a study was done to see what could be done to improve travel through this area. Although nothing is concrete, one of the options is adding more lanes.
