All this week on 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon' musical artists will be covering Bob Marley classics. Soundgarden/Audioslave frontman Chris Cornell appeared last night for a solo performance of one of the most recognized Marley tunes 'Redemption Song'. Load up the bong and check out the video.

Chris Cornell has been on break from recording Soundgarden's comeback album (their first since 1996's Down on the Upside) for a solo acoustic tour. The setlists have included songs from throughout his career including tracks from his days with Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog, Audioslave,  his solo career, and even cover songs like Pearl Jam's Betterman. He dropped by Late Night Tuesday to add another song to his already massive repertoire; Bob Marley's Redemption Song. You can catch Cornell touring with Soundgarden starting in July. While no Michigan dates have been added, you can make the 4 hour drive to London, Ontario and catch them with Coheed and Cambria July 3rd at the John Labatt Centre (great venue).
