The US Department of Homeland Security is not happy that the double agent information was release to the public.  This double agent was actually able to infiltrate Al Qaeda and help foil the bomb plot on the US bound plane.  Representative Peter King of New York had an interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper yesterday, find out his thoughts on the situation after the jump.

It's really, to me, unfortunate that this has gotten out, because this could really interfere with operations overseas.  My understanding is a major investigation is going to be launched because of this.

The double agent was actually working for Saudi intelligence, who has been very cooperative with the CIA for many years.  The agent, after infiltrating Al Qaeda, volunteered as a suicide bomber for the terrorist group...

The man left Yemen, traveled through the United Arab Emirates and gave the bomb and information about al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula to the CIA, Saudi intelligence and other foreign intelligence agencies...
