I will start by saying I think this is absolute crap. Why a company feels they have the right to force employees to get a flu shot is beyond me.

According to NBC25, a company in Duluth, Minnesota, has fired about 50 employees who refused to get flu shots. The company told employees, students, vendors, and volunteers in September that they had three options in relation to the vaccinations. The individuals affected were told they could get the shot, secure an approved medical or religious exemption, or leave the company.

The company was a Healthcare provider so I guess the rules for something like this could be different and may be considered a necessity? Even though I think it's crap to be forced to do something like this, If my company said I had to do it or I'd lose my job...I'd totally do it. My personal beliefs aren't that set in stone lol.
