Construction Accident In Burton Causes Worker To Be Trapped Underwater [VIDEO]

An accident happened this morning in Burton that caused a worker to be trapped underwater for almost 10 minutes. While installing a new water main, the pipe burst to cause the accident. 

The worker was taken to the hospital, but no other information was given.
