Man this cop is so calm, cool and collective and then out of  the blue he goes crazy. I mean, I didn't even see this coming nor did the driver. He seemed so nice by not giving him a ticket. Just imagine if the driver had really done something wrong, lookout! This guy reminds me of Farva from Super Troopers.
