Talk about a parent's worst nightmare! You think you're being safe by monitoring your newborn's room with a "nanny cam," but you won't believe what one Minnesota couple discovered.

As the technology becomes cheaper, more and more people are using "nanny cams" and video baby monitors. I wanted one myself 6 years ago, but they went for at least double the price you can get one for now. After reading what this couple discovered about the camera monitoring their child at night -- I'm glad I never did.

A couple in Rochester, Minnesota noticed that there was strange music coming from their child's room one night, but couldn't see anything unusual on the monitor and the music stopped before they entered the room.

They decided to check the camera's software and noticed it had been accessed by an Amsterdam IP address. They went to the website attached to that address and found thousands of videos streaming from unsuspecting people's homes. Not only that, but the creepers can control the movement of the camera. It kind of makes you wonder where else this is happening... cell phones? Terrifying -- isn't it?
