Here's our big WTF story of the week. An Oklahoma court rules forcible oral sodomy isn't rape if the victim is unconscious from alcohol.

An Oklahoma appeals court ruled because the current statute on forcible oral sodomy doesn’t specify that doing it to an unconscious, intoxicated person is force, it cannot be considered force. That is one serious loophole right there and some scumbags are are really taking advantage of it.

The good news is that attorneys are working with state legislators to quickly update the law.
