Cruisin’ For A Cure Benefit For Cohen Witten, August 3rd In Durand
Time to get out and help a local family in need. Saturday, August 3rd, the Cruisin' for a Cure benefit will kick off at 8am to help out a little badass named Cohen Witten. If the name sounds familiar, Cohen's parents are veterans of seasons 1 & 2 of the Banana Bad Bowlers League.
To give a quick back background, Cohen will be 4 next month. In November of 2012, he was diagnosed with a rare malignant brain tumor. Cohen has been through several surgeries and several months of chemotherapy, with more to come. Even through all of that, he's still a positive happy boy. So come out and support "Team Cohen!"
It ride starts and ends at the Durand Eagles Club, at 5240 New Lothrop Road in Durand. It's just $15/driver and $10 per passenger. There will also be:
- A pancake breakfast from 8am-10am
- Cash prizes
- Music
- A silent auction
- A spaghetti dinner from 4pm-8pm
- and more
