Dad Hogties Daughter and Drags Her Through Parking Lot [VIDEO]

An Ohio father claims he hogtied his daughter and dragged her through a bowling alley parking lot to keep her from running away.

Reports indicate witnesses reported seeing the 13-year-old being dragged through the parking lot. As stated above, the father John Hofaker claims she was going to run away. I threatened to run away often as a teenager - no one hogtied me and dragged me through a parking lot.

As you can imagine, she was scraped up. The teen was taken to an area hospital where additional marks were found on her body. The marks appeared to have been made with a belt. A policeman on the scene reported that she was tied up so tight, she could not have moved if she wanted to. Jesus Christ. The teen is now in foster care
