Detroit Citizen Tries to Pull Over Cop for Not Wearing Seat Belt [VIDEO]

Cops aren’t above the law.  They are expected to adhere to all the same laws and regulations that normal citizens are, but the way some of them act, you’d never know it.  This Detroit citizen recently saw a police officer riding without a seat belt and tried to take justice in his own hands.

One of the big things I don’t get about the seat belt law is the no-helmet law.  I’m not expert on the subject, but I have to assume that going with out a seat belt is way safer than driving a bike without a helmet.  Regardless of that, you can tell how pissed both of these dudes are.  The citizen is serious about pulling the cop over and you can tell by the smirk on the cops face what he thinks of the dude yelling at him.
