Detroit Has a Real Mess to Clean up With Submerged Cars and Mud Covered Roads [VIDEO]

Yesterday in Flint it just felt like we got some heavy rain but in Detroit it was a completely different scene as parts of of the city were underwater. The water is starting to recede today but mud covered just roads could take a couple days to clean up.
