Earlier this morning a man was abducted and forced into the trunk of his own vehicle.

According to WXYZ, at 6:20 a.m. the man was thrown into the trunk of his grey Chrysler 300C in the 10700 block of Santa Maria and driven to a location. The man was able to pop the trunk open and jump out but was then shot by one of the three abductors.

The suspects then took the man's car and got away.

Even though the victim was shot, it's said that he'll be okay.

It makes you wonder what were they going to do to the man. They could have easily just taken his car, they must have had some kind of a plan. More than likely the victim would have been killed if he hadn't tried to get away.
