Banana 101.5 and Nathan J's are proud to present Dirt Fest 2011! The festival returns after taking a year off and will be bigger and better this time around with local as well as national acts; this year's headliner will be All That Remains. We have all the info you need including the rest of the confirmed lineup and ticket locations right here.

Dirt Fest started back in 1997 as an outlet for a Birch Run native by the name of Kurt Gust to showcase his band GrAsS and have a cookout in the Village Park. Each year Dirt Fest grew and eventually was big enough to have at The Birch Run Expo Center. In 2006 the festival saw such national acts as Mae, Halifax, Silverstein, Everytime I Die, and Black Dahlia Murder to play alongside the many local Michigan bands.

This year Dirt Fest expands on that idea by once again including local and national metal acts, and also bringing hard rock bands into the mix as well. Dirt Fest 2011 will return to The Birch Run Expo Center and takes place August 13th. The confirmed bands thus far are:
