Dog Found Dead, Taped Up In Genesee County [GRAPHIC PHOTO]

This is absolutely sickening. A dog was found with its face and feet taped up, dead on the side of a road in Genesee County. According to reports, a passerby saw the Shih Tzu mix on Frances & Saginaw Roads and alerted police.

According to Genesee County Sheriff Robert Pickell, the dog was found roughly 40 feet from the South Creek Mobile Home Park in Mt. Morris. An investigation is underway.
