Dog Hit By Car After Given LSD by Owners

Two idiot dog owners decided it was not enough for the two of them to be high, they decided to get their dog high too.  These morons are now facing drug charges and an animal cruelty charge. 

Police learned about this when Nicholas Modrich and Jamie Hughes were spotted running up and down a street naked.  The couple, both 25, had returned home (still naked) by the time police arrived.  CBS Atlanta reports that the pair ate gummy worms laced with LSD.  Apparently the clowns felt like being generous and shared the scooby snack with their dog Oscar.

The drug duo were taken to the hospital and police found Oscar after he had been hit by a car.  The dog is not dead, but authorities would not comment on its condition. Once these two are sobered up and an investigation is complete, it appears there will be an arrest.
