So a lot of people are trying to lose weight this time of year.  Normally the first rule of any diet is to stay away from alcohol.  Yeah right.  That is just not going to happen.

However there are drinks that certainly have less calories than others.  According to Drunk Diet guru Lüc Carl these are what you should drink while watching your weight.

  1. Vodka Soda
  2. Whiskey Soda
  3. Tequila Soda w/ Fresh Lime
  4. Vodka Martini

You should avoid these:

  1. Mai Tai (800+ calories)
  2. Bloody Mary (1500+ mgs of salt)
  3. Pina Colada (600 + calories)
  4. Long Island Ice Tea (600 + calories)
  5. Margarita (500 + calories)
