When this guy pulls this thing up from the water he freaks out, but not as bad as his little kid that's also sitting in his boat.

First off, I'd never fish anywhere that I had even the slightest chance of coming face to face with a gator especially if I had my kid with me. That gator could have easily had a father/son dinner combo that day if he really wanted to.
