How gross is healthy food?  Fat-Free, Whole Grain, and Low Carb pretty much mean gross, but, if you are trying to lose weight, you can cut those words out of your vocabulary.  A professor of nutrition has lost 27 pounds eating Twinkies, Doritos, and Oreos.

For ten weeks, professor of nutrition, Mark Haub has eaten some of the most unhealty foods known to man.  Swiss Cake Rolls, Nutty Bars, and Ding Dongs made up his diet, but Professor Haub has lost almost 30 pounds, lowered his body fat count, and lowered his bad cholesterol.  Don't start binging on Oatmeal Cream Pies though, Haub restricted himself to under 1,800 calories per day.  According to CNN: His premise: That in weight loss, pure calorie counting is what matters most -- not the nutritional value of the food.  So if you're trying to get skinny, eat whatever the hell you want, just don't eat much.
