Filmmaker On The Run After Throwing Cats In The Name Of ‘Art’ [VIDEO]

Belgian filmmaker, Jan Fabre is hiding out after a video of surfaced of him recording people throwing cats in the air. The video is graphic and shows the felines landing hard on steps. Obviously this has angered animal rights groups and people in general. I know nothing about art, but I do know this is not it! Again, I warn you the video is disturbing.
