Fire Destroys Local Catering Business

Early this morning, a fire destroyed a local catering business on Coldwater Road near Davison. Bon Appetit Catering was fully filled with flames and the building is a total loss. 

This is sad news for me as I have worked with not only Bon Appetit catering in the past, but also J Deans Sausage & Jerky. J Deans shares a building with Bon Appetit, which is also their processing plant.

We hope that both companies will be able to get back on their feet as soon as possible.
