If I learned anything at my wedding a couple weeks ago, it's this: You can never have enough Fireball. We had a gigantic bottle (a half gallon, I believe) and it didn't even last two hours... and this is at a reception with roughly 150 guests and a fully stocked bar of other choices. I literally only got one shot and it was my god damn wedding! That's why it's so distressing to think about the possibility of Fireball being recalled.

According to Fox News, Fireball has been removed from store shelves in Europe due to the additive propylene glycol being one of its ingredients. So does that mean we're about to have our Fireball privileges revoked as well? In short -- no.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said that the additive in question is “generally recognized as safe.”  Honestly, the FDA are always letting unsafe products slide onto the marketplace here because money talks. This is the one time we're thankful for the low standards of those easily-purchased bastards. Drink up, 'Merica!

MEANWHILE IN THE U-S of A!
