If you recently made fireworks purchases at Kroger, Meijer, Target or Walmart, you might want to double check to make sure you didn't buy the TNT Red, White, & Blue Smoke fireworks.

This specific brand is intended to emit colored smoke, not explode. The Consumer Products Safety Commission put out an alert Tuesday because three people suffered burns in separate incidents.

According to CPSC, the smoke firework is a cardboard tube that is about 1 inch in diameter and 5 inches long. TNT's logo as well as “Red, White & Blue Smoke” and UPC number 027736036561 are on the package.

Don't light the fireworks, the Consumer Products Safety Commission said. Instead, return them to the place of purchase for a full refund. You also may contact American Promotional Events at info@tntfireworks.com or (800) 243-1189 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT

Since it's only supposed to emit smoke, more than likely kids will be messing with these fireworks over adults, so definitely double check your purchase.
