Five men were shot over the weekend during at party at an off campus apartment complex, which is located across the street from Saginaw Valley State University.

It's said that all five men will recover from their injuries and were not students of Saginaw Valley State University.

In the last updated story that I saw, the shooter was still on the loose. Police say he is a black man in his 20's with blonde or orange tipped dreadlocks.

There were around 1,000 people at the party when he opened fire.

The sheriff's office asks anyone with information about the shooter to call 989-790-5450.

If you'd like to remain anonymous call CrimeStoppers at 1-800-422-JAIL.

A hotline has been established for parents, students and families to call. The number is 989-964-4348. Those calling are asked to reference the shooting at 2207 Pierce Road.
