Flint Man Hit By Car After Telling Driver to Slow Down [VIDEO]

On a street in Flint where it's very common for kids to be outside playing, a father told a driver that had been driving way too fast to slow down. That driver then came back around and hit the man with his car injuring him. It doesn't stop there, the driver came back yet again but this time the neighbors got involved by blocking the man with their vehicles until police could arrive to arrest the driver.
